DCX Systems Limited IPO

DCX Systems Limited is primarily engaged in the system integration and manufacturing a comprehensive array of cables and wire harness assemblies and is also involved in kitting. They commenced their operations in 2011 and have been a preferred Indian Offset Partner (“IOP”) for foreign original equipment manufacturers (“OEMs”) for executing aerospace and defence manufacturing projects.

This company’s competitive advantages include efficiency in operations resulting in timely delivery to the customers, maintaining quality control and product security. This has enabled them to develop long-term and entrenched relationships with the OEM customers that has resulted in growth in their operations and sizeable order book. Their expectation is that the quality management systems will enable their system driven efficiency and continue to attract higher revenues.
