Trading on the Commodity Derivatives segment takes place on all days of the week (except Saturdays and Sundays and holidays declared by the Exchange in advance). The market timings of the commodity derivatives segment are:

Normal Market Close : 23:30 hrs

Note:- On NSE general Holidays, market will open in Session 2 or as may be announced via circular from time to time.- NSE CLEARING may however close the market on days other than the above schedule holidays or may open the market on days originally declared as holidays. The NSE CLEARING may also extend, advance or reduce market hours when it deems fit and necessary.
