• Qualified institutional buyers (QIB) - Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBS) are major investors, their investment expertise, such as mutual funds, insurance companies, pension funds and hedge funds, which are assessed for expertise and resources to evaluate the investment opportunities, which are the EFP to the norms.

• Non -institutional investors (NIIS) -interesting investors (NIIS), on the other hand, include individual investors, individuals with high net worth (HNI), or companies that do not classify the economic norms that QIB and are allowed to participate in the IPO as dealers.

The NII category has two subclasses:

1. Snii -"Snii" means "small non -non-institutional investors". This sub-region consists of investors who have provided shares of £ 2 Lakh and £ 10 Lakh in the IPO.

2. BNII - "BNII" means "big non -non-institutional investors". This sub-region consists of investors who have done more than 10 Lakh shares in the IPO.

• Personal Investors (Rii) - Retail Individual Investors (RII) are individual investors applying for shares up to 2 Lakhs in IPOs, aims to encourage retail listings.

• Employees (EMP) - The Employees (EMP) category in an IPO are reserved for employees, directors and released employees. The issuing company and the CEO of stock exchange listing determine the allocation of shares in this category.

• Other- a qualified group of shareholders or other investors, who have reserved the number of stock exchange notes.
