IPO Investor categories

• Qualified institutional buyers (QIB) - Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBS) are major investors, their investment expertise, such as mutual funds, insurance companies, pension funds and hedge funds, which are assessed for expertise and resources to evaluate the investment opportunities, which are the EFP to the norms.

• Non-institutional investors (NIIS) interior organizing investors (NIIS), on the other hand, include individual investors, individuals with high net worth (HNI), or companies that do not classify financial norms such as QIB and allow to participate in the IPO as dealers.

The NII category has two subclasses:

1. Snii -"Snii" means "small non-institutional investors". This sub -region consists of investors who have provided shares of £ 2 Lakh and £ 10 Lakh in the IPO.

2. BNII - "BNII" means "big non -institutional investors". This sub -region consists of investors who have shares made for more than Rs. 10 lakhs in stock exchange listing.

• Personal investors in retail (RII) - Single Investors in retail are "Rii" individual investors applying for shares up to 2 lakhs in stock exchange listings, aim to encourage retail listings.

• Employees (EMP)- Employees (EMP) in a IPO are reserved for employees, directors and releases employees, and the issuing company and CEO in stock exchange listing determine the allocation of shares in this category.

• Other- a qualified group of other shareholders or other investors, who have a reserve number of stock exchange notes.
