Basket Order allows you to place multiple orders of same or various sectors at the same time. To Place a basket order using Upstox, you must have an account in Upstox.
How to Place Basket Orders in Upstox?
Upstox provides basket orders facility to their customers. You can place basket orders in Upstox through Upstox Pro Mobile App and Upstox Pro Web.
Follow the below steps to place basket order in Upstox:
Step 1: Login in to UPSTOX.
Step 2: Choose an instrument or stock in which you want to place basket order in Upstox or you want to do hedging in Upstox and click on Option Chain.
Step 3: Click Strategy Mode in Upstox.
Step 4: Choose order type to place basket order in UPSTOX.
Step 5: Choose instruments on which you want to place basket order in Upstox.
Step 6: Click on review order to place basket order in Upstox.
Step 7: Click on Place 4 Orders to place basket order in Upstox.
Limitations of Upstox Basket Order
There are few limitations in Upstox basket order which is written below:
• You can only add 4 instruments in a single basket.
• You can only add instruments of same stock in single basket. E.g., if you have added a Bank nifty option instrument in a basket, then rest 3 instruments should be of bank nifty option chain for that particular basket.
