  • Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB)- Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) are typically large, financially sophisticated investors, such as mutual funds, insurance companies, pension funds, and hedge funds, who are considered to have the expertise and resources to evaluate investment opportunities.
